Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries, and then complete the batch sales of the products, and complete the business growth indicators of the team; skillful in use of the demand system and order system, be able to follow up and deal with order issues throughout the process;
2. Long-term maintenance of customer relation, being responsible for internal feedback to solve business needs and problems raised by customers;
3. Cooperating with the regional supervisor to execute the market expansion plan in the region
4. Participating in offline events such as summits and exhibitions, expanding customer resources through various channels; deeply realizing customer demands, product feedback, technical support needs, etc. and immediately feeding back customer needs on product to the company;
5. Actively promoting our product projects and advantages, and establishing the power of the brand in the industry.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, chip, network, finance is preferred;
2. Having good communication skills and problem-solving skills, and being result-oriented;
3. Good image and temperament
4.Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
