SOC Power Architecture Intern JR0186965

Job Description
Come join Devices Development Group team as an SOC Power Architecture Intern. You will be responsible for helping define power management interfaces and features on future SOC designs.
You will work under the guidance of product leads on IP/SoC architectures, and provide them with data for power management feature tradeoffs.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work classes research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must be pursuing Master’s Degree in Electrical/ Computer Engineering or related engineering field. OR must be pursuing a PhD in Electrical/ Computer Engineering or related engineering field:
Also must have 3+ month of experience with:
  • Understanding of VLSI design or microprocessor architecture, or SoC technologies
  • Basic understanding of SoC designs, or micro-architecture is useful
Availability for up to 6 months internship
