Security Project Manager

What you will do
  • Serve as a technical touch point between clients and the security services team
  • Gather client requirements for technical service engagements
  • Schedule and Manage Security service engagements and associated timelines
  • Respond to client and security services team questions, resolve roadblocks
  • Manage the assignment of personnel to projects and resolve/mitigate scheduling conflicts
  • Deliver project updates and escalating issues to leadership
  • Review contracts and translate into accurate project needs/scope

Competencies
  • 1 year of customer-facing experience in an account manager/project management position for technical product or services
  • Comfortable working with technology and experience with Microsoft Office and Google suite applications
  • Experience managing multiple clients and or projects simultaneously
  • Takes initiative and personal responsibility
  • Communication skills
  • Finds new and innovative approaches to performing the business at hand
  • Problem-solving: understands complex business issues and how to solve them through technology collaboration, excellent self-learning ability
  • Team-oriented: works effectively and thrives as a member of various workgroups to bring greater value to the overall organization
